REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

General return policy
We offer a 10-day commercial return policy for customers in Switzerland.
For customers located in the European Union, the legal withdrawal right of 14 days applies in accordance with EU consumer law.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the parcel is delivered.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• be unused and unactivated
• be in its original packaging
• include all accessories
• include proof of purchase
Electronic safety devices that have been activated, configured, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.
Return procedure
Return requests must be submitted by email to: info@safely-on.com
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The customer is also responsible for proper packaging and safe transport of the returned goods.
International orders (important)
Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges, shipping costs, return costs and carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or defective items
Customers must inspect the parcel upon receipt.
If the product is defective or damaged, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
After verification, we will offer replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods.
Original shipping costs, customs charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
Customers must return the item and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• used or activated electronic safety devices
• personalized items
• gift cards
• promotional or clearance items
Lost or refused parcels
An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery.
The seller is not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation.
Refused parcels or unclaimed parcels will incur return and carrier fees deducted from the refund.
