TERMS OF SERVICE / GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Scope
These Terms govern all orders placed on www.safely-on.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms.
The seller operates from Switzerland.
Products
The products sold are electronic personal alarm devices intended for personal safety use only.
Product images and descriptions are provided for information purposes and are not legally binding.
Contract formation
Product listings constitute an invitation to order.
A binding contract is concluded only after checkout is completed and the customer receives an order confirmation email.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
Prices and VAT
The seller is not registered for Swiss VAT in accordance with the Swiss VAT Act (Art. 10).
Prices displayed on the website do not include VAT.
For deliveries outside Switzerland (including France and EU countries), import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged upon delivery and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to pay import charges does not constitute a valid withdrawal and shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Switzerland.
Estimated delivery times:
Switzerland: 2–4 business days
France: 4–6 business days
Other countries: indicative only
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
The seller is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, transport providers, or events beyond reasonable control.
Transfer of risk
Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.
Delivery confirmation and lost parcels
All orders are shipped with tracking.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
The seller is not responsible for theft, loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
In case of delivery dispute, the carrier’s tracking information constitutes proof that the seller fulfilled its delivery obligation.
Claims for non-receipt must be reported within 5 days of the indicated delivery date.
The seller reserves the right to open an investigation with the carrier before any refund or replacement is issued.
False claims may be reported to the payment provider.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• product unused
• original packaging
• complete contents
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Customs fees, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, return shipping and carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned goods.
Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty for defects under Swiss law.
The warranty does not cover:
• misuse
• normal wear
• damage caused by the user
• water damage or battery misuse
Limitation of liability
The personal alarms are preventive safety devices and do not guarantee protection against incidents.
The seller cannot be held liable for damages, injuries, theft or any incident occurring despite the use of the product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Data protection
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
